I ordered this quilt for my mom to make for my daughter, who is having a baby in Nov. This will be our first grandchild!!
The quilt came and it was of such poor quality that my mother could not use it all all. The quilt is very thin, the fabric is very very cheap and rough to the touch (not something that you would use for a baby!)
It is a “printed cross stitch” but the printing is so light that half the quilt you can only see a trace of the print! No one could sew these stitches.
I emailed Amazon about the problem and to “Supermarket” who is the seller of this item.
That has been weeks ago…. I have sent 5 emails… I got two replys from them …. One from Amazon saying to contact the seller … which I had already done … and one from the Seller saying “return item to bla bla address!!”
One line reply….. except there was no packing slip in the bag with the quilt. So how can I return the quilt and get credit for the item back to my charge card? I emailed again stating …. NO PACKING SLIP … HOW DO I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR QUILT?
once again a one line reply .. “return item to bla bla address”
I wrote Amazon and the seller again .. copy pasted all the email I had sent and the reply I had received… and I asked the same question … NO PACKING SLIP … HOW DO I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR QUILT?
No reply from Amazon or Supermarket!
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! I understand that sometimes an item is not what it should be. It is not the fault of Amazon or Supermarket … but to not have a way to return an item for weeks and to not respond to several emails is not acceptable!
